Delicious pie and cocktails spot! Love that it's a late night dessert spot. When we're done with dinner, we can easily hop by Pie Bar for dessert and good times with friends. We had the Oreo and Creme Pie - would recommend for Oreo lovers who want a safe pie to try. We asked for ice cream on the side because ice cream and pie go well together. The pie is generous in portion - it's very shareable. Service was so good. We had a kind and friendly server who gave us recommendations on what to try. Ambiance is casual. Loved the open space on a Thursday evening. Parking is street parking. Bathroom is clean meaning the kitchen is clean. All in all - I love this place. It's a community spot and a late night option with friends.

Making magic happen with 2 am pies. My experience at Pie Bar screams Seattle. This local business is serving up delicious late night pies, and dessert inspired cocktails, in a dark grungy dive bar. While the indoor space is tiny, it provides an incredibly intimate atmosphere. Bar-goers pack in like sardines, making it easy to chat with new friends. I ordered the Desserted Island Pie, which was stuffed with apple, strawberry, marionberry, raspberries and crumble, and tried my friend's Coconut Cream. The Desserted Island was definitely superior and seems to be their claim to fame. Pie Bar also offers a walk up window for those looking to take pie to go, but in my opinion, you really don't get the full experience unless you eat inside. Since I was finished with consuming alcohol by the time we arrived at Pie Bar, I sadly missed out on their elaborate cocktails. I definitely need to return to taste one of their pie-tinis!

Came here after seeing a show at the Paramount on a Thursday night. The space is smaller than I thought (maybe sits ~15 people) but it was cozy and gave Stranger Things vibes. I loved the old stand mixer you could see. I got the coconut cream pie and the apple pie mule. The coconut pie was really yummy and light, I especially loved the amount of whipped cream they have. The drink was good too, tasted like apples! Would definitely come here again!

On a Thursday night after a Mariner's game, wife and I were looking for a spot to hang out and dropped into this great find. Pie. Drinks. Say no more! The place is cozy (small) and there's just enough room for a few sidewalk tables outside. By about 11pm a small line started to form. Desserted Island Crumble was generously fruity, and Mud Pie was satisfying. Bar selections were straightforward and unpretentious, and not overpriced. There was an interesting mix of music playing when we came in, and only after a few minutes we realized that it was some regulars singing karaoke. Pretty good voices, but they weren't hogs and let other customers sing with mixed results. Good vibes!

For all the right reasons, friends have recommended Pie Bar to me. Pies and drinks, what's not to love? Since I didn't have time during my previous trip, I knew I had to visit while in Seattle! Pie Bar gives off the perception of your family's kitchen but with a hipster-like twist to it. Tiny in size, close and intimate seating, with the aroma of freshly baked pies and chatty diners filling the air. We came on a weekend night and were seated immediately. Workers were friendly but service was a bit slow as they were busy juggling baking and crafting beverages. I came with my companion and Seattleite, Jennifer L. We all enjoyed libations and pies. The companion and I split a slice of the Desserted Island Crumble. Topped with crumbs, warm and gooey, and a sweet messy goodness; he and I devoured it. My friend enjoyed a slice of Pumpkin Pie--it was nicely spiced. She stated their apple pie is divine. For those into drinks, desserts, and nightlife Pie Bar is a lovely concept in Capitol Hill off E. Olive Way with parking in the neighborhood. You'll find sweet pies paired with drinks, divey dine-in or to-go options, and decent service depending on the time or day.

As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of sampling some of their signature pies, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint.
